Our Founder
Savannah Young is a powerhouse social media expert who, despite her young age, has already made a significant impact in the industry. Her success is rooted in the deep knowledge she gained while studying at Pace University, where she immersed herself in the dynamic media landscape of New York City. With a natural flair for digital storytelling, Savannah has not only built her personal brand—growing her Instagram to over 50,000 followers and amassing millions of views on TikTok—but also serves as the head of social media for multiple organizations and brands. Her expertise drives high-profile campaigns across major media landscapes in the U.S. While she knows she's young, Savannah's confidence and drive have led her to take on massive projects—and excel at them. Sculpting Socials, the social media growth company she founded in college, has already partnered with major brands in New York City, and it’s just the beginning. Savannah is poised to take both her company and the brands she works with to new heights.
Our Story
Sculpting Socials is a women-owned, go-getter social media growth company that Savannah Young dreamed up during her college years. Inspired by her passion for storytelling and real human connection, she recognized a gap in the market for a more personalized approach to social media strategy. What started as a personal project quickly blossomed into a thriving business. Savannah personally collaborates with each client, dedicating the time and attention to detail necessary to craft tailored strategies that resonate. Unlike larger firms, Sculpting Socials thrives on collaboration and authenticity, building lasting relationships that drive meaningful growth. Despite its recent creation, the company has already partnered with major brands in New York City, delivering impactful results that showcase the power of connection in the digital space.

Thomas (Thom) McElroy graduated from San Diego State University after receiving his AA from Orange Coast College. Thom was an original investor and part of the founding group of Volcom. In addition to his business acumen, Thom contributed the original design of the iconic Volcom Stone logo. He served on the company’s Board of Directors prior to the IPO and was a key part of the company’s strategic team, particular in matters of marketing and branding. Thom also founded McElroy Communications which was a full service advertising agency. He serviced several Action Sports companies the largest being Vans. McElroy also worked in the video gaming space launching X Box and the Towny Hawk franchise. After the sale of McElroy and Volcom, Thom has kept busy being a guest lecturer in entrepreneurism at San Diego State University. He has also Chaired the Alumni Engagement Committee of their philanthropic board, lectured at the Lavin School of Entrepreneurial Management, and mentored students both SDSU and Newport Harbor High School. Thom has never left his roots and still surfs everyday in Huntington Beach.
